About
Director / Producer

I am an American director + producer living in the UK with an interest in movement-led and digital work.
I came to the UK to study Shakespeare and audience experience at the Globe on a scholarship program that funded two years of study. I then studied directing at the Guildford School of Acting, where I fell in love with making physical, movement-led work, culminating in my production of The Squirrel Plays. After taking the show to Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2018, I realised I wanted to learn to produce to better support my own work and the work of other artists
As a producer, I co-founded Part of the Night, a theatre company that brings theatre for women, nonbinary, and trans audiences to nightlife spaces. From 2021-22, I worked as a Senior Producer at Zoo Co, a theatre company and National Portfolio Organisation dedicated to producing theatre made by deaf, neurodivergent, and disabled artists, with creative access integrated into each production.
I have continued to develop as a director by working on projects in new writing festivals such as Two Fest—the Space Theatre’s duologue festival, Heart to Heart at Union Theatre featuring work by alums of Soho Theatre’s writing program, and Virtual Collaborators Festival. I regularly work with Guildford School of Acting students as an Associate Tutor for the Foundations Acting course.

I am also interested in devising work. Recent project All By Myself is told almost exclusively through movement, with captions for the few moments of dialogue. It is devised from a story outline I created.
